      Gene targeting strategy for B-hFLT3LG mice. The exons 2~7 of mouse Flt3lg gene that encode the extracellular domain and the transmembrane domain were replaced by human FLT3LG exons 2~7 in B-hFLT3LG mice.

      Protein expression analysis

      Strain specific FLT3LG expression analysis in homozygous B-hFLT3LG mice by ELISA. Serum were isolated from wild-type C57BL/6 mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hFLT3LG mice (H/H). Mouse FLT3LG was detectable in wild-type mice (A). Human FLT3LG was exclusively detectable in homozygous B-hFLT3LG mice (B).
